By accessing, browsing and/or using the pages in this Site, you agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and you attest that you are at least 18 years of age. MINORS. This Site is for a general audience that is not designed nor intended to collect personal information from children under the age of 18. DroneMate does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. We ask that parents supervise their children while online.
JURISDICTIONAL. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in Nelson, New Zealand. DroneMate makes no representation that materials in this Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you access this Site from outside New Zealand, be advised this Site may contain references to products and services that are not available or are prohibited in your country.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS. When you shop with us online or through our retail outlets, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from a DroneMate retail location, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price.
Any product item shipped to you from DroneMate.co.nz may be returned for a merchandise credit that can be used on a future DroneMate.co.nz order. Refunds are not available for online product returns. Postage is non-refundable. Returns older than 30 days will not be issued merchandise credit. Merchandise credits may be redeemed on DroneMate.co.nz and are not redeemable in retail locations.
